Paperless recorders

JUMO LOGOSCREEN devices mean you are perfectly equipped when it comes to easily acquiring, archiving and evaluating measured values which require verification, in a manner that is tamper-proof. The paperless recorder range can be used in any number of ways in nearly every industry due to its numerous approvals.

Digital indicators

In order for you to always have vital measurands at a glance, JUMO offers user configurable and universally applicable digital indicators in various DIN formats. The devices are characterized by simple, clearly structured operation, as well as an 18-segment display for process values and parameters. Use digital indicators by JUMO for carrying out limit value monitoring functions.

Paperless recorders

With a wide product range in the area of temperature transmitters, JUMO offers high-quality devices for temperature acquisition (via RTD temperature probe or thermocouple). The temperature will be reliably output and monitored for out of range. Thanks to a defined output signal, downstream systems can be activated in the event of a malfunction.

Platinum Temperature

Temperature sensors

JUMO offers a comprehensive range of platinum temperature sensors with different nominal values (e.g. Pt100), and with an annual production of several million, JUMO is one of the leading suppliers globally. The high-quality platinum temperature sensors in thin film technology ensure excellent accuracy, long-term stability, and a high degree of flexibility. They are also suitable for your special applications, e.g. with a small tolerance class.

Temperature controllers

A precisely controlled temperature is essential for many production processes. JUMO offers the right temperature controller for the respective application. Be it a single-channel, multichannel or program controller, ratio, cascade or continuous controller, here you can find a wide range of different electronic temperature controllers, from compact controllers all the way to automation systems.

Switches

Temperature switches

JUMO offers different solutions for temperature-based switching: electronic temperature switches can be individually configured for industrial use. Bimetal temperature switches with a fixed switching point can be implemented universally for temperature monitoring in cooling and heating circuits and – due to their high degree of stability even against vibrations – even in compressors and motors.

Thermocouples

JUMO offers high-quality thermocouples for the reliable measurement of high temperatures. In doing so the special requirements of the respective application (e.g. operating temperature, atmosphere, pressure) are, of course, taken into account. The used thermocouples, which are standardized to German, European, and American standards, can be supplemented with additional JUMO products, such as transmitters.

Thermostats

JUMO thermostats carry over 50 years of tradition. Due to the high rate of in-house manufacture and consistent improvement, they work reliably in the most varied of industries, worldwide. Choose from electronic and electromechanical thermostats with the most varied of housing dimensions, technical features, and batch sizes, to find the right one for your application.

Temperature monitors and limiters

In order to ensure the protection of plant and product, people and the environment, monitoring limit values with (safety) temperature monitors and limiters is especially important in many technical plant areas. With electronic or electromechanical products by JUMO, you can operate your plant safely.

Heat meters

When it comes to the temperature difference – the most important measurand in cold and heat quantity measurement – you can rely on JUMO RTD temperature probes. They are equipped for this with a precise sensor with long-term stability, to help you achieve maximum precision. JUMO offers temperature probes which correctly acquire the temperature, even at shallow immersion depths.

RTD temperature probes

In many industrial applications, temperature is measured with RTD temperature probes. These temperature probes can be realised with the most varied of protection tube materials, process connections, electrical connection types, etc. As a result JUMO offers a wide variety of RTD temperature probes, which fulfil the utmost challenges such as chemical resistance, fast response times, precision, vibration, or even hygienic processes.

Contact dial thermometers

With its contact dial thermometers, JUMO offers both a solution for temperature indication, as well as temperature control and monitoring. Up to two microswitches, which are freely adjustable over the entire scale range, allow for temperature control. This way, you can be sure that your thermal processes are taking place reliably under optimal conditions.
