Floating Ball Valve

BA, B Series (Cast End Entry, Side Entry Soft-seated)

OTC casted end entry and side entry soft-seated floating ball valves are designed according to ISO17292. These valves are usually applied in low pressure systems (150~300LB) with a wide temperature range (-46℃~200℃). The valves are fire safe designed and have been certified per API607 and API6FA. OTC range consists of one-piece end entry and two-piece split body designs.

BM, BBM Series (Metal-sealed Floating Ball Valve)

OTC metal-seated floating ball valves can be applied in wide pressure and temperature ranges (150LB~2500LB and -46~450℃). The metal seat provides an optimal resistance against wear caused by abrasive services or hard particles.

BB, BC Series (Forged Side Entry Soft-seated)

OTC forged side entry soft-seated floating ball valves are designed according to ISO17292 and are mainly used within applications with a wide pressure and temperature range (150LB~2500LB,-46℃~200℃). It is a cost effective alternative for small-sized trunnion mounted ball valves

Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve

BS, BT Series (Side Entry Soft-seated)

OTC side entry soft-seated trunnion mounted ball valves are designed according to API6D standard and be offered two-piece and three-piece split body designs. The valves can be applied in wide pressure and temperature ranges (150LB~2500LB and -46~200℃)

BE Series (Top Entry Soft-seated)

OTC top entry soft-seated trunnion mounted ball valves are designed according to API6D standard . The valves can be applied in wide temperature ranges ( -46~200℃), particularly for piping flow with large size or high pressure. The top entry ball valve can be used for in-line maintenance services.

BW Series (Fully Welded)

OTC fully welded trunnion mounted ball valves are designed according to API6D standard, transition & pup pieces could to match line grade if needed, available with stem extension for buried installation. The valves can be applied in wide temperature ranges ( -46~200℃), particularly for pipeline flow with large size and high pressure

BSK, BSM, BTM Series (Side Entry Metal-seated)

OTC supplies a wide range of side entry metal-seated trunnion mounted ball valves for 150LB~2500LB applications at -46~450℃. The metal seat provides an optimal resistance against wear caused by abrasive services or hard particles.

DBB COMPACT MANIFOLD (DOUBLE BALL)

BBJ Series (Floating DBB Compact Manifold ball valve)

OTC supplies floating ball valves which are equipped with two balls in one body. The series can be designed in three-piece, long or short pattern to satisfy the different installation requirements. DBB compact manifold ball valve design reduces the weight and space compared with installing two conventional valves when it achieves safer application. These valves are usually applied in marine and offshore industry.

BSJ Series (Trunnion Mounted DBB Compact Manifold Ball Valve)

OTC supplies trunnion mounted ball valves which are equipped with two balls in one body. The series can be designed in three-piece, long or short pattern to satisfy the different installation requirements. This compact one body design reduces the weight and requires space compared with installing two conventional valves when it achieves safer application. BA Series Jacketed Ball Valve

OTC jacketed ball valves are suitable for chemical and petrochemical services containing fluids of high fluid viscosity and solidification tendency. These series can be designed in one piece and full jacket to prevent condensation and keep the temperature of highly viscous fluids.
